To view the coarse profiles in Google Earth;  Download and open the "Google Earth Biathlon Trails.kmz"   Right Click the trail you wish to view in the "Places" pain on the left.  Select "Show Elevation Profile" and move the cursor onto the graph. Very cool, eh?
